Similar to defragging a computer hard drive, we work together to remove bugs and upgrade your software programs to a better version of yourself.  I use tools and training in Spiritual Response Therapy, Multi-Dimensional Self Trauma Release, embodiment work, relaxation techniques, Constellation therapy, and heart-centered hypnotherapy--in combination with intuition--to help you to clear your mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Sessions take into account the whole person by incorporating each person's natural healing wisdom and following the guidance of your higher wisdom.  Learn more:
